The StartupExperts community is already making an impact in 2025! Our AI Learning Journey, launched in partnership with ApplyAI, officially kicked off in January, and the first two sessions were a massive success. Close to 400 attendees have joined to deepen their understanding of AI’s impact in the workplace, and the enthusiasm is already shaping this year-long program into something truly transformative. This free initiative is designed to close the gender and financial gaps in AI proficiency (and 85% of the attendees have been women which is amazing!). We’re also excited to announce the launch of the 25 Leaders to Follow in 2025 program! This initiative celebrates in-house professionals who are making a real difference in their organizations across finance, operations, HR, and talent. A selection committee has been formed to recognize standout contributors, and we can’t wait to spotlight this year’s changemakers. With so many awesome members, it's always hard work to narrow down the list.

Across our different chapters and hubs (and online), new events are in motion, giving members more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow. Whether it’s intimate dinners, expert panels, or skill-building sessions, local StartupExperts meetups are gaining momentum. We are relaunching our Private Leadership Circles Program, a structured commitment-based initiative where StartupExperts members meet weekly for one-hour sessions over 6-8 weeks beginning March 10th. Participants engage in deep, confidential discussions about strategic leadership challenges in specialized groups focused on HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Operations, and Fractional (for consultants). Now in its eighth iteration over four years, this is our most popular program with over 100 members participating. It’s entirely free but it’s only open to members!

Our Private Job Seeker's Program has relaunched and now meets every Monday with a dedicated facilitator or coach to support members through their job search journey. With over 20 active participants, this highly valued program helps members navigate the emotional challenges of job hunting while providing practical guidance. We are super proud to be offering this support.
