Transform 2025 wrapped up last week, and what an incredible gathering it was! HR, Finance, and Ops leaders came together for a week of learning, networking, and collaboration. From the Welcome Reception and HiBob-sponsored dinner for 130 members to dynamic discussions at the Vendor Expo Tour, Wellness Walk, and Tuesday Happy Hours, the energy was high. A major highlight was the StartupExperts Panel Session, "Building the Plane While Flying It," where 4 of our members shared real-world insights on leading HR at a startup. As we reflect on the event, one thing is clear—this community continues to grow stronger and we are being noticed as a leading resource for this industry.

Beyond Transform, our local chapters and hubs are buzzing with activity, from new meetups and expert panels to skill-building sessions. And there’s even more to come—happy hours, fundraisers, and community dinners are on the horizon, giving members even more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow with the StartupExperts network.

Meanwhile, the StartupExperts AI Learning Journey has been gaining momentum! Launched in partnership with ApplyAI, this initiative kicked off in January and has already brought together over 500 attendees eager to explore AI’s evolving role in the workplace. Our next session is on April 30th and it's open to any leader AND their employee team.

📚 StartupExperts Book Club Update!

Our March Book Club session just wrapped up, and this month’s theme was BYOB – Bring Your Own Book! Members shared insights from recent reads across business, professional development, personal growth, and non-fiction favorites. It was a fantastic discussion filled with great recommendations and valuable takeaways. If you missed this one, don’t worry—there’s always another chance to join!
